- New Clients – At this time we do not allow online booking for first visits.
- Existing Clients – Please call the salon to get set up.
- Cancelation Policy: We would kindly like to remind our guests how important it is to give us a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you miss your scheduled appointment without such notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your total service. We appreciate your thoughtfulness in this matter.
- Please be sure to book the exact type of appointment you desire so your technician has the proper amount of time to perform your service otherwise it could result in not getting your services done and you may get charged. If you have questions, please contact the salon.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so under your future appointments. However, the system requires a 24-hour notice and in less than 24 hours you will need to call the salon to cancel.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon completion of your online booking. Please check this email to verify your appointment type, date, time, and technician, you can also check it under your “Future Appointments.”
- All Color prices are starting prices and are subject to change based on length of hair, amount of product used, and time required.

- Booking Tips:
- If you do not choose a technician and you click on “First Available” it only gives you the first appointment for each technician on each day. It may be better to choose a technician and then click on “First Available”.
- You can see which technician you had previously by looking at your “Buying History”.
- You can add one additional service, scroll down under the calendar and you will see “Add Service”.
